Should the FCDO advise against travel to your destination, our partners are typically required to give you options such as travelling as booked (if legally permitted), changing dates or destination, or cancelling for a full refund. When you book, you’ll be assigned a personal travel advisor who will guide you through the supplier’s specific terms, including refunds, changes, and cancellation rights. We only work with suppliers whose bookings are packaged under ATOL where applicable, ensuring your funds are fully safeguarded. We also provide 24/7 concierge support before, during, and after your trip at no extra cost, so you can travel with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.

Holidays that include flights are protected under ATOL through our licensed partners, and you will receive an ATOL certificate outlining your coverage. Payments are safeguarded in line with regulatory requirements, and trusted suppliers provide protection in the unlikely event of the financial failure of an airline, tour operator, or other travel provider. This ensures your money, and your holiday,  are protected from booking through to your return home. 

Yes. We take care of everything, from bookings and changes to cancellations, so you never have to deal with suppliers directly. We also do not charge any booking or service fees; our personalized support is included at no extra cost as a thank-you for choosing us to plan your holiday.

You’ll have a dedicated personal travel advisor supporting you every step of the way, ensuring your journey stays seamless and stress-free, from start to finish, at no extra cost. 

Yes. We keep you updated in real time with reminders by email and phone, so you never miss an important detail. You’ll receive all essential travel information, including flight details, baggage and seating, visa and travel health requirements, and guidance on travel insurance. There are no hidden fees or surcharges, the price you’re quoted is the price you pay. In some cases, our partners may require a 10% deposit, with the remaining balance due closer to your departure.
